RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Return Window

We provide a 60-day return period from the date of purchase for eligible items. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Eligibility Requirements

Returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Items that are installed, painted, modified, or customized are not eligible for return. Custom orders are non-returnable.

Return Process

To initiate a return for online purchases, complete the Return Process Form on our website. Returns for items purchased through other authorized channels must be arranged directly with the place of purchase, and customers are responsible for obtaining return shipping labels.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Warranty Limitations

The warranty and return policy are void if products show signs of incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, or alterations. This includes unauthorized painting or structural changes.

Warranty Invalidation

Customers must present valid government-issued identification and order confirmation when collecting their items. For safety and security purposes, only the purchaser or an authorized representative may pick up orders.

RETURN PROCEDURES

Non-Online Store Purchases

For returns of items purchased outside our online store, email a return request to info@luxairyvents.com with:

  • Reason for return
  • Place of purchase
  • Items and quantities being returned

Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Shipping and Handling

A shipping and handling fee, based on UPS rates, will be deducted from refunds. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Restrictions

Condition Requirements

Returns will not be accepted for items showing damage, such as scratches, dents, or paint chips. Items must be returned in original packaging with all components and documentation included.

Package Requirements

Items must be packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. Returns damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging will not qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing

All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. You will be notified by email if your refund is approved or rejected.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment type and financial institution.

Claim Review Process

Our quality assurance team will review all damage and defect claims within 3 business days. Approved claims will receive return shipping instructions or replacement authorization as appropriate.

Damaged or Defective Items

Damage Claims

Shipping damage must be reported within 10 business days of receipt. Claims submitted after this period are not eligible for refund or replacement.
